Our 3rd floor duplex apartment is furnished to a high standard and has tiled flooring throughout. The front terrace of the apartment on the upper floor gives a view of the La Manga strip. This upper floor has a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite. The main floor has a bedroom with a double bed with ensuite and another bedroom with twin single beds, sleeping a total of 6 people.
The Apartment also has a lounge, dining area, and kitchen. The property features an attractive upstairs sun terrace with views over the rooftops to La Manga. There is an off street parking space allocated to the Apartment. Outside the lounge area is a further balcony/terrace to catch the afternoon/evening sun.

Location:
The Costa Cálida is an extensive stretch of coastline in the Spanish province of Murcia, between the provinces of Alicante and Almeria. The Costa Cálida (Warm Coast) is about a 250 km stretch of Mediterranean coastline. The northern end of this coastline includes the Mar Menor ("Little Sea"), a coastal saltwater lagoon also known as the “Biggest outdoor Spa” which at around 170 m2 is Europes largest and is 7 metres at its deepest. The water here has an average annual temperature of 18 degrees. The waters of the Mar Menor are renowned for their therapeutic qualities. This is attributed to a high concentration of salts and minerals. Studies have revealed high levels of Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Sodium and Sulphate.

A swim in the warm waters of the Mar Menor can alleviate stress, help eliminate toxins and is also recommended for Rheumatism and Arthritis. It can also help heal wounds and skin conditions. Specialised Health centres and Spas can be found around the Mar Menor including the famous Mud baths at Lo Pagan. You will also find a new Spa at Los Alcazares.

The Mar Menor is separated from the Mediterranean by a 21 km-long spit of land called La Manga.

Golf is very well catered for with the courses of La Torre, Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas 25 minutes north, the 3 championship courses at La Manga Club 25 minutes south, Rhoda Golf just a few minutes drive from our Los Alcazares apartment, a driving range at San Javier and a 9 hole Pitch and Putt course at Torre Pacheco Club De Golf. Many of the Clubs have special offers available for visiting Golfers-check out their websites or contact me for their email addresses. Golfers might like to know that presently one Golf Club is offering a “Purchase a 25 year right to play” on one of their 9 hole golf courses.
