We can provide you with a “Handyman” for all your maintenance needs, from fitting window locks and door bells to laying Patios and balustrades, our services are designed to provide a speedy and efficient repair service without the hassle of dealing with a major builder. Patio’s and swimming pool areas cleaned.
If you have a swimming pool, cleaning and maintenance are crucial to keeping the water safe for you and your family. From collecting leaves and debris to keeping the chlorine levels stable we can provide a full and comprehensive service.
We can also keep your garden in tip top condition, weeding and general tidying up where necessary. Hedges / Trees trimmed.

A secure key holding service can be provided for only 40c per day 150 € per annum, enabling us to supply prompt reliable action on request.
We will frequently inspect your property both internally and externally.
All windows doors alarms will be inspected and tested.
All toilets will be flushed: we will run all bath , basin, sink taps and showers to clean out any stagnant water and eliminate any smells that have accumulated . Keeping your property fresh for your clients.
We will attend appointments arranged by the owners of the property to receive deliveries or tradesmen. We will wait for up to 1 hour free of charge within this service. (after 1 hour, Hourly rates apply)
We will check your property for any signs of damp or mould.
We will check for any infestations both internally and externally.
We can meet and greet your guests at your property and hand a set of keys over, showing them around your property and advising on appliance operation and answering any queries your guests may have.
Thus ensuring your guests have a fantastic worry free holiday, and increasing the chance of repeat business.
When your guests vacate your property we can collect the keys, and inspect the property for damage, and advise as necessary so you can release any security deposit held, safe in the knowledge that your property is safe and undamaged
We would also recommend we hold a second set of keys, for emergency use (Client lock outs etc.)
We can also collect your guests from Alicante or Murcia airports.
Meet and greet is just 15€ per guests visit if the annual keyholding is taken out or 25€ per guest visit without annual keyholding.
A welcome pack can be provided for your guests' arrival. This consists of items such as coffee, tea, milk, bread, butter, ham, cheese, jam, cereal, fruit juice, beer and wine.
Special items such as flowers, Champagne and chocolates can also be ordered for special occasions, anniversaries, Birthdays etc…..
